Shipping Policy

ARTICLE 1 - AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS - REIMBURSEMENT - RESOLUTION

Except in cases of force majeure or exceptional closure of our online store, the shipping times indicated below will be respected within the limits of available stocks. Shipping times begin to run from the order confirmation sent by email.

For deliveries to mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg, the preparation time before shipping is 1-2 working days. Delivery time is 2-4 business days after shipping.

For deliveries to the rest of Europe, the world, and overseas territories, delivery times and terms will be specified to the buyer on a case-by-case basis.

If you do not receive your package within 65 days of payment confirmation, you can receive a full refund. This guarantee does not cover address errors. In the event of an address error, no refund will be made.

In the event of non-compliance with the agreed delivery time, the buyer must first grant a reasonable additional period. If, upon expiry of this period, delivery has not been made, the buyer may cancel his order and obtain a refund.

ARTICLE 2 - DELIVERY TERMS

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. The buyer must ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Any package returned to the seller due to an error or an incomplete address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

If at the time of delivery the packaging is damaged, the buyer must check the condition of the items and, in the event of damage, refuse the package, indicating the reason on the delivery note (package refused because damaged).

The buyer must confirm any anomaly (missing item, damaged product, etc.) by signing the delivery note and contacting the seller within 2 working days.

In case of product return, it must be done in its original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.). Any claim made after 14 days will not be accepted.

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY ERRORS

Any claim for delivery error or non-conformity of the products must be made by the buyer on the day of delivery or at the latest within 2 working days following delivery. The claim must be made by email to contact@baggells.com.
